Originally from Belarus, Dr. G immigrated to the United States in late 1994, bringing with him a strong work ethic and a passion for physical excellence. Throughout high school and college, he competed in both Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, cultivating discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of human movement.

In 2002, Dr. G earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brooklyn College. His academic background, combined with years of competitive athletics, laid the foundation for his career in health and performance. He began working full-time as a personal trainer, helping clients achieve their fitness goals through evidence-based training and personalized coaching.

With a growing passion for holistic health and healing, Dr. G pursued advanced education in chiropractic care. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the highly respected New York Chiropractic College in 2008. While completing his doctorate, he also obtained certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the prestigious National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2007—a credential held by top professionals in sports medicine and human performance.
